Our Training Philosophy:
- Training courses are interactive and reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge is grouped into manageable segments and delivered creatively. A balance of lecture and practical application creates a platform where fundamentals are applied to solve everyday challenges.
- Training goes beyond the course curriculum to create a collaborative session where customers can talk about specific challenges and leave with a stronger connection to their Metrohm instrument and support team.
What our customers are saying...
"We covered topics in the classroom, then went into the lab to work, then took the results back to the classroom to analyze and work on some more. Very well planned and very convenient."
"The practicality of each session was extremely useful. I have a better understanding of the process and how it applies to my job."
"There was not one bit of information that wasn't incredibly useful and thoroughly explained."
"In a one-on-one situation, I was able to ask all the questions I had pertaining to our applications."
COVID Protocols
At Metrohm USA, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers. While the CDC has advised that transmission from surfaces is low, our daily cleaning efforts remain high and stations are cleaned between users.
We are not requiring proof of vaccination at this time, we trust our customers and employees to adhere to the rules that apply for their vaccination status. We encourage anyone who feels more comfortable wearing a mask to do so. Per CDC and OSHA guidelines, we ask those who are not vaccinated to continue wearing a mask and practice 6 feet of distance to protect themselves and others.
